Salt Free Marinades


In addition to cooking, I also love making my own spices and marinades. They’re extremely fresh and SALT FREE! Here are three of my favorites.

Cilantro Lime
1 Cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
2 Limes, peels removed
3 Cloves Garlic, peeled
¼ Cup White Wine Vinegar
2 tablespoons Ms. Dash
2 tablespoons EVOO

Combine all ingredients into food processor and mix until creamy! Marinade can be stored for 3-4 days in airtight container. Best when marinated on food at least 24 hours.

Garden
1 Cup of Chopped Sweet Peppers
1 Medium Tomato
½ Cup Chopped Fresh Scallions (green onions)
3 Cloves Garlic, peeled
1 Lemon, peel removed
¼ Cup White Wine Vinegar
2 tablespoons Ms. Dash
2 tablespoons EVOO

Combine all ingredients into food processor and mix until creamy! Marinade can be stored for 3-4 days in airtight container. Best when marinated on food at least 24 hours.

Lemon Parsley
2 Lemons, peel removed
1 Cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
4 Cloves Garlic, peeled
1 tablespoon Black Pepper
¼ Cup White Wine Vinegar
2 tablespoons Ms. Dash
2 tablespoons EVOO

Combine all ingredients into food processor and mix until creamy! Marinade can be stored for 3-4 days in airtight container. Best when marinated on food at least 24 hours.
